Complete Summer Package: £3,480 1,740
If you complete course 3 of the Summer Study Programme and then go on to register on a full-time degree programme (undergraduate or postgraduate), paying your own fees with international fee status, then you may be entitled to a bursary of £815 to be deducted from your degree programme fees. This should be automatic, but you will receive more information about this when you register.

PART-TIME ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSES 2009-2010
Dates
The dates for part-time English language courses follow the semester dates for the academic year, depending on which semester the module takes place.
The semester dates for 2009-2010 are as follows:
Semester 1: 28th September - 18th December 2009
Christmas vacation period: 19th December 2009 - 17th January 2010
First exam period: 18th - 29th January 2010
Semester 2: 1st February - 14th May 2010
Easter vacation period: 13th March - 11th April 2010
Second exam period: 17th May - 11th June 2010
Placement and registration will take place in the first week of semester. Teaching begins in the second week.
English for Academic Purposes (49100) - year-long 20-credit module*
EAP with Appropriacy in English Portfolio (49143) - year-long 20-credit module
English for Business (49120) - year-long 20-credit module*
EB with Language Portfolio (49142) - year-long 20-credit module
English Language Improvement (49130) - year-long 20-credit module*
English for Maths, Science and Technology (49141) - year-long 20-credit module

British Society and Culture (49056) - year-long 20-credit module*

Those courses marked with an * are also available as one-semester 10-credit modules where deemed appropriate.
